3D Laser Profile Sensor
Based on triangulation theory, 3D laser profile sensor can output high-framerate point cloud, depth map and brightness map at micrometer level in real-time. It is widely applicable to non-contact and real-time high-precision 3D measurement in 3C, lithium battery, and PCB industries.
Real-time output of high-precision point cloud data
The laser profile sensor offers 405nm ultra-uniform fine blue laser to accurately extract the edge contour of targets. The customized large-iris lens ensures extremely high MTF resolution. with the perfect synergy of high dynamic range sensors and Scheimpflug optical design, 3D laser profiler can achieve clear imaging , even for complex shapes. The profiler adopts a built-in integrated computing design with high-speed processing unit, which enables a maximum speed of 49 KHz.
Based on triangulation theory, the high-speed image acquisition module collects the laser line on the surface of the measured object with its diffused reflection. Through the high-precision image processing algorithm which built into the hardware, 3D data of the surface of the measured object is calculated. And the 3D spatial information is rebuilt through the relative movement between profiler and the measured object.
The high-speed image acquisition chip features large pixel size, high-frame rate, and wide dynamic range. By integrating the SOC chip, the 3D profile sensor can achieve a maximum speed of 49Khz.
The center point extraction algorithm, combined with the subpixel super-resolution processing algorithm, improves the extraction accuracy to 0.05 pixels.
Multi-exposure fusion: Retain the valid grayscale information under different exposures, suitable for multiple surface types (low reflectance and high reflectance). Single-frame HDR: Achieve high-precision reconstruction of complex lighting scenes under high-speed scanning.
By extracting the halo features, different optical signals are filtered to suppress the influence of stray light halo during center point extraction.
