Binocular Structured Light Stereo Camera
The camera adopts laser galvanometer and projected structured-light technology, combined with a high-performance optical system, high-performance processing chips, and high-strength materials. It can adapt to many working conditions such as light absorption, high reflectivity, and ambient light interference, achieving high-precision and high-stability 3D imaging, widely used for applications such as workpiece grabbing and assembly measurement(Instruction).
Real-time output of high-precision point cloud data
The laser profile sensor offers 405nm ultra-uniform fine blue laser to accurately extract the edge contour of targets. The customized large-iris lens ensures extremely high MTF resolution. with the perfect synergy of high dynamic range sensors and Scheimpflug optical design, 3D laser profiler can achieve clear imaging , even for complex shapes. The profiler adopts a built-in integrated computing design with high-speed processing unit, which enables a maximum speed of 49 KHz.
